Jordan Scott Goldman is a self-taught photographer based in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up on Long Island in a Puerto Rican and Jewish household quickly exposed him to the challenges of acceptance — feeling at once part of, and apart from, the communities around him. That duality shaped his curiosity about how people present themselves to the world, which continues to inform his work. Much of Jordan’s photography quietly investigates identity — its complexities, contradictions, and the emotions that arise through introspection. His images often reflect the search for belonging and the ongoing journey of finding oneself within these shifting spaces.
